Paula is a native Sacramentan residing in Land Park since 1979. Paula enjoys specializing in the older neighborhoods of Land Park, East Sacramento and Curtis Park. These homes have character and personality that simply can't be found anywhere else in Sacramento County.Paula and her husband, Richard are co-owners of Dunnigan, Realtors in Land Park. Paula is the designated Broker for their Land Park office. Paula is very involved in both her business and neighborhood communities. She is a past member of the Land Park Community Association. She was the President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors for 2014 and presently serves on the Professional Standards Committee. She is a director for the California Association of Realtors.She and her husband have 3 children who reside in the Land Park and South Land Park areas. When she is not selling real estate, she enjoys working in her yard, walking her 2 unruly English Springer Spaniels, working on the next house project or creating ceramic sculptures.
