• Living in Land Park since 1979, I appreciates all of the character and the lifestyle the older neighborhoods of Land Park, East Sacramento and Curtis Park offer.  I have established a niche, helping families and established residents of these neighborhoods transition from the long-time family home to the next move.  Moving from a home that has been loved for many years can be stressful.  It is my wish to make a transition as easy as possible for everyone involved, taking on such tasks as advising the best approach for the client to maximize their end result, cleaning and upgrading the homes when clients wish to maximize their net and walking them through, what can be, a very overwhelming process.
