Julie Finstad is in business to help people make smart moves in real estate so they can have a better life. These smart moves include a primary residence, rental property or a vacation home. My clients work with me because I come from a place of integrity – never compromising my customer’s interest but rather serving them in 3 ways: listening to their needs, providing education and creating a plan to achieve their goals. My work has 2 purposes: Find a home that suits my client’s lifestyle and financial goals and secondly, sell their homes for maximum value with the least amount of life interference. I get clear on client’s expectations so that they trust that I have heard them and then I communicate property values, advantages and challenges so they are informed. My success is measured by client satisfaction. When my clients refer me to their friends, colleagues and family members then I know I have been successful.
