We cannot speak highly enough of Julie. She was invaluable guiding us through the preparation and sale of our house. She gave us loads of information ahead of the process; gave advice on what needed to be done; provided names and contacts for inspections and workers; provided experience and insight into what would make the house more saleable; listened to our concerns and tried to relieve our worries; communicated quickly; kept us on schedule; and was there all through the signing. I've lost track of all the small things she did to assist us, but she was always there for us. And always calm and friendly, easing my attacks of nerves.
