Pam works hard for her client's and values the time they spend together. If it is in their quest for a new property or to get one sold she feels it is her duty to be available, honest, trustworthy, and an authority on the process of buyer or selling. She comes from a back ground of healthcare and believed that teaching patients or clients, is an important aspect of the process. Explaining the process; makes a huge difference for what clients can anticipate and know what to expect. This helps her give them realistic expectations about timeframe, current real estate market conditions, how to get an offer accepted, the importance of trusting her, working together to get what they desire accomplished and making the process as low stress as possible. She understands that this is the largest financial transaction in their life and wants them to be fully informed when making those decisions.
Pam loves working with first time homebuyers and walks them throught each and every step. Although she adores all clients, she has strong teaching skills and gets to use them fully with a first time homebuyer.
