“I intend to reduce the common stresses associated with selling and house hunting, so you can enjoy the positive moments of our time together.” - Megan Banta
Buying or selling a home often coincides with an exciting and transitional period in one’s life. I take pride in assisting my clients through this process and am grateful for the opportunity to serve as their champion during these big life moments. I am a third generation realtor and a true product of my environment. My real estate insight and expertise stems from years of exposure and first- hand experience. I owe my beginning to my mom and business partner, Heather Coleman, who I am fortunate enough to work with and learn from in our Portland-Bend client relationships. We work closely together, and she has greatly shaped the Realtor I am today.
My first priority is to thoroughly and effectively communicate with my clients all aspects of the process to ensure they are fully informed and involved every step of the way. Without the burden of stress, I give my clients the opportunity to focus on the options available to them, and ultimately make a well-informed decision which best suits their needs and lifestyle.
I grew up in Lake Oswego and graduated from Linfield College with a BA in Elementary Education. After graduating college, I moved back to the Portland and am working on developing and sustaining relationships within my community. I spend my free time volunteering for organizations which provide services to mom's afflicted with breast cancer. My two favorites are Michelle's Love and Breast Friends, which I remain connected to through my sorority's alumna chapter. My years serving on Zeta Tau Alpha's Executive Council, including as President, instilled a deep connection to Breast Cancer Education and Awareness programs. I remain involved with my collegiate campus, sisters, and our philanthropy every chance I get.
