Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for Megan during (and after) our home buying process—do you have a few hours to read a book about the many ways we appreciate her? My partner and I were first-time homebuyers that knew nothing about the process, and Megan could not have been more helpful. Megan always knew the answers when we had questions, and explained concepts to us in a way that we could understand and until we understood it. She was incredibly flexible with us and often would go out of her way to make time in her day to show us a home or to answer our (frantic) phone calls. After we put in an offer and it was accepted, it got down to the wire with requests for repairs and our first time home buying jitters. When we were feeling nervous, overwhelmed, frantic, or anxious, Megan was our calm, positive, honest, and hilarious counterpart. Further, we never once felt pressured or pushed by Megan into doing anything. Even when Megan left the country as we anxiously awaited repairs and closing, her communication was frequent. It felt like she never even left! We experienced a bit of a hiccup (in the form of the house coming with a flea infestation—ew) upon move in, and Megan was more than willing to advocate on our behalf with the sellers and their realtor. We love our (now flea-free) new home, and can’t thank Megan enough for her hard work and patience with us!

This was our 2nd home buying experience, first with Megan, and I truly appreciate her level of commitment to making our home buying experience easy. Megan is super knowledgeable about the market and industry and we could tell that she had our best interests in mind. Throughout the process, Megan always made herself available to talk or be present. We had to get some contractors in for some estimates and Megan provided recommendations on contractors she's worked with in the past and even volunteered to be at those appointments in the event we couldn't make it or needed a 2nd set of eyes. I cannot express how fantastic Megan has been through the process. I am a first time home buyer and I circumvented most of her normal, very useful processes, in that we went to look at homes before having an initial meeting, put in an offer the next day, and had it accepted that night. A record! She was there to go over everything with me, guide me through things that were not a part of her job, and even now, months later (I'm a bit delayed in my review!) she's raring to go in my corner as I work through homeowner issues. I would recommend her to anyone.

We were able to work with Megan to sell our home in Clackamas. We knew the market would be really good and Megan made the sale such a fun and easy experience for us. She coordinated photos, held open houses (with treats!) and did all the heavy lifting with negotiations so we could focus on our move into our new home. If you want an agent that is attentive, proactive and goes the extra mile….and will even bring you coffee to the signing, use Megan!
