Ken Lawrence has over 40 years in the Antelope Valley real estate and mortgage industry. For the past 18 years he has been a loan originator and Loan Production Manager for the local GEM Mortgage Branch. The local branch has been awarded the GEM Mortgage Branch of the Year Award for the past 15 years and Ken has been included in the Golden Empire's Chairman's Circle each of the past 16 years, including the Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Top Producing Loan Originator Awards. The branch has been voted the Antelope Valley’s Best Mortgage Company 9 times by the readers of the Antelope Valley Press Newspaper. Ken has received the 5 Star Mortgage Lender Award from Los Angeles Magazine for the past 5 years for client satisfaction. The Branch has closed close to 8000 loans totaling $1,270,000,000.00 since 2000 with Ken being responsible for close to 2700 loans totaling $424,000,000.00 during this time period. He participates in numerous educational events to provide him with the most up to date mortgage technology and program guidelines that are constantly changing. He has also taught Real Estate Financing at Antelope Valley Community College as an adjunct professor.
He and his assistant, Tiffany Grantham, strive to ensure that each client receives the highest level of service and consideration to obtain the mortgage that will best meet their needs, including Veterans, First-time buyers, move up buyers, retirees and investors.
