Ken Lawrence has over 40 years in the Antelope Valley real estate and mortgage industry. For the past 16 years he has been a loan originator and Loan Production Manager for the local GEM Mortgage Branch.

He participates in numerous educational events to provide him with the most up to date mortgage technology and program guidelines that are constantly changing. He has also taught Real Estate Financing at Antelope Valley Community College as an adjunct professor.

He and his assistant, Tiffany Grantham, strive to ensure that each client receives the highest level of service and consideration to obtain the mortgage that will best meet their needs, including Veterans, First-time buyers, move up buyers, retirees and investors.
