About Ayush
Ayush is the proactive agent you want on your side. Whether starting to think about buying your first home, or selling one you’ve invested your time, heart and soul into, Ayush ensures that what can seem like a daunting task is a seamless and rewarding experience. Born in New Delhi, India, Ayush always knew that California was where he belonged. Having lived in the San Diego metro area for nearly five years, he’s intimately knowledgeable about the nuances of different neighborhoods to help you find your perfect match. Ayush’s goal is to understand your story, understand your motivations and concerns and help you buy or sell property in a way that best complements your personality and situation. An avid debater, public speaker and improv comedian from a young age, Ayush is comfortable speaking his mind – benefiting his clients with both candor and ensuring the best for them in any situation. Before following his passion for real estate, Ayush worked in sales in several different markets, including finance and tech. Those years of experience have honed his skills in negotiations, and drive to help his clients succeed. In his spare time, Ayush takes advantage of the many unique experiences our wonderful city offers – whether spending an afternoon in Balboa Park with his wife, an early morning at Coronado Dog Beach with his dog Enzo or trying out the latest new restaurants in Little Italy. Ayush is also a new student of jiu-jitsu and may just try a couple jokes from his latest stand-up routine on you before hitting an open mic night.
