Ayush helped us find a home after I received a transfer to San Diego. Our search just happened to occur I n the midst of both a pandemic and an increasingly competitive market. It took us almost 6 months to find a home. Throughout the entire process, Ayush never skipped a beat. He was there to answer every call, find every answer, and even proved to be a capable and trusted confidant when the search looked bleak. I’ve dealt with many real estate agents over the years. I always came away unimpressed. I entered into my arrangement with Ayush with my typical jaded and guarded stance. Ayush proved me wrong from the very beginning. I reside outside the state of California and met with Ayush Vats while in San Diego to consider helping lease out a residence my family owns. Being first impressed with his punctuality and politeness I became more pleased over the next couple of weeks with his understanding of the market place, suggested approach to leasing the home, and yes leasing the residence. Paper work was completed on line from my location in Oregon. Minor changes/clarifications, as normal, were agreed to and documents were redone, signed and exchanged. There were no delays. Ayush was available or very promptly replied when contacted to go over ideas or concerns I had regarding the property and lease agreement. He surpassed my expectations; leasing out the residence for my maximum asking value, found and screened a lessee that I literally have not had an issue with, again within a very short period of time. Yes, I am writing this review 6 months after completion of this transaction. You should all know after this period of time my pleasure in meeting Ayush Vats and having him represent me was a very good experience. I’ll refer him to everyone and wish him the best!!

Recently my daughter, who lives in New Zealand, offered to buy me a house in the San Diego Area. Ayush and I spent about 6 weeks looking for a condo or house. He immediately 'got' my taste and what the most important features I wanted were. He was extremely thorough, always available for a question and proactive for my cause. (Including my texts very late on Sunday evenings.) Always professional, and never pushing his own interests, Ayush went the extra mile for me: I found a condo I wanted very much. My offer came in late and, despite his considerable efforts, I missed out. BUT Ayush did extra research and found a very similar condo in the same complex that was available (for some reason the address of the condo was being withheld). That is the one I am now living in.When my daughter flew in from New Zealand to finalize the matter, Ayush gave her his best--even though he had to repeat much of the work he had already done for me. He was always was considerate and extremely kind, ready to help with some oddities that came up like: International Wire Transfer and HOA documents that were outdated and needed to be considered/updated. He negotiated on our behalf and got us a very good deal!In the end and after this fairly long process (I have purchased several homes in my lifetime), I can only say he is the perfect realtor. I like everything about him. In a few unguarded moments (we spent a lot of time looking together), he told me about his dog, Enzo. I showed him my dog, Max. But he did not fritter away our time together. Just a few sentences and one picture, then back to pertinent talk. Definitely not self-aggrandizing. This man is a find.
