Rachel attended Abington High School and went on to Graduate from Villanova University with a degree in Media and Film Communication. After pursuing a career in Advertising in New York, an interest in investing in real estate drew her back to Philly, and back into the restaurant business so she could finance her dream. Once she earned her real estate license, bought her first duplex, and helped a few friends buy homes, she was hooked!
As a licensed REALTOR since 2005, she has been helping clients build wealth through buying and selling homes and investment properties.
Rachel knows the ins and out of the City of Philadelphia with its diverse and evolving neighborhoods. After over 12 years in Center City and South Philadelphia, she now resides in Mount Airy with her family. She has spent years on a variety of civic and friends of parks groups in the neighborhoods in which she lived. She has also spent time as a Tree Tender and is proud to have led volunteers in planting over 150 trees on residential blocks in South Philadelphia. Rachel is an active member of both GPAR’s Government Affairs Committee and the planning committee for the annual Mount Airy Gala.
Rachel has appeared on HGTV’S House Hunters and FYI’s Tiny House Hunting, where she helped her clients find their perfect home.
