When my husband and I were searching for a a new house, Rachel found so many great potential places and asked all the right questions of both us and the selling agents, especially when we found the home we ultimately bought. She’s kind, patient, highly knowledgeable, and takes excellent care of her clients. Highly recommend!

5 STARS: I was relocating to Philadelphia from the DC area for a new job. I wanted to buy a place rather than rent, and was referred to Rachel by a co-worked at my new job, who has known Rachel since elementary school. Since the first call, Rachel has been great. I'm not new to the process of buying, but there are some things about Philadelphia and Pennsylvania that are new to me. Rachel's knowledge and advice throughout the whole process was very helpful. She was always very responsive and available at all times. Working with her and the rest of the team (mortgage lender and title company) was a breeze, the whole process from looking at places to closing was smooth. Not only is Rachel professional, but she is a wonderful person! Would definitely refer to her if I need the services of an agent in the future and recommend her to friends.

5 STARS: I could not have asked for a better realtor when buying my first home. Rachel is responsive, intelligent, strategic, realistic, and pragmatic. And she manages to be all those things while being extremely friendly and caring. I appreciated her intuition for the process, her knowledge of the market, and her transparency at every step. At one point, a family friend had tried to persuade me to retain an attorney. But upon looking into it, I concluded that Rachel was already looking out for my interests and being careful about the relevant legal and procedural issues. Though many consider purchasing a home to be a stressful process, she helped make the process go smoothly, and I was not stressed at all.

Every quality you would desire in a realtor Rachel has. She was extrememley knowlegeable of the neighborhoods I was interested in and recommended the one where we bought that I had no previous knowledge of. And we love it!!
She is very accommodating and was always able to meet us for appointments when it worked for us whether it was mornings, evenings or weekends.
She has excellent communication and negotiating skills too!!
The home we bought had 5 other offers. Rachel made suggestions that secured the home for us even though we were not the highest bidder.
