Kathy understands that buying or selling a home is a huge step in your life and will focus on your needs and make your priorities her own. She is dedicated to selling her clients' homes quickly and at top dollar, and finding her clients the right homes that meet their wants, needs and budget. Kathy has also been a part of renovating homes for the past 25 years and, as a result, has a good eye for a property's potential and what is essential in increasing a property's value in the most cost effective way. She loves to pass this knowledge along to sellers and buyers - especially first-time homebuyers. She gets to know each of her clients personally and works for them to ensure that their goals and wishes are met.
