Lin has been a REALTOR since 2004. Her husband had encouraged her for years before that to get her license. Her customer service as his and others' paint representative had proven she cared about her clients and made sure they were treated with honesty and respect.
Her goal is to make sure each client feels like they are her only client when she is with them. It is their "All About You" time. She listens to what their wants and needs are, and makes sure those are utmost in searching for homes.
In this current market of too few homes for lots of buyers, she encourages the buyer that their home is out there, and she will help work through all of the rhetoric when the time comes to write an offer. With her sellers she helps work through the multiple offers they receive, and decide what is the best deal for them.
