Erica, a Portland native, bought her first home at nineteen. The stability and freedom she experienced—the comfort of having a place to live, garden, and paint—confirmed her belief in the transformative power of home ownership.
At twenty-one, inspired to help others pursue their own dreams of security and stability, she started her career with Portland’s Alternative Realtors. She thrived here, making the difference for hundreds of people looking to buy or sell their homes. A few years later, in 2005, Erica became a co-owner.
Erica now owns five rental homes. She has also bought and renovated a beach house, and she has built an ADU on her primary residence. She designs, manages construction projects, works with the city, and works very closely with contractors. She has mastered Portland's complicated rental laws and short-term rental (Airbnb) rules and regulations.
Erica simply loves her work, and it shows. Her clients describe her as patient, personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and calm!
