Candy has lived in the San Antonio area for over 30 years and understands the diverse culture of South Texas and the unique challenges and rewards it brings with it. She joined HomeBridge Financial in 2015 and has over fifteen years in the mortgage industry. Candy takes pride in working with her clients to find the best mortgage solutions for their individual situation and providing top-of-the-line service along the way.
In addition to providing an exceptional home buying experience for her customers purchasing move-in-ready homes, Candy has a passion for working with buyers who want to purchase fixer-uppers. With over twelve years of experience in Renovation Financing, she’s got the experience and expertise to make that “almost-perfect” home into a Forever Home using the FHA 203k loan or a Conventional Homestyle loan.
Candy is active in her local real estate and lending community. She is currently Treasurer for the Texas Mortgage Bankers of San Antonio. She is a member and a chairperson for the Hill Country Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she has held numerous positions, and she’s an active member of the San Antonio Association of Real Estate Brokers. She’s been rated as a Five Star Mortgage Professional every year since 2011.
