Pam is The Best! Without a doubt! I reached out to Pam about 1 year ago because I was moving to STL and considering purchasing a condo instead of renting (I'm not into packing/moving/etc). Pam was quick to respond and schedule the showings I was interested in. For each home, as we toured, Pam would point out anything concerning or anything that was a re-sell gem. And she would always say the list price and what she would offer (either list price if she thought it was worth that, or a lower offer if she thought they had overvalued the home). We were lucky enough to find Pam via a random request for information. When we first spoke to Pam, we had not yet relocated to St. Louis, but that did not stop Pam from sending us videos of houses we liked with very honest commentary about the condition of property and whether or not we might be interested. We were so impressed by this level of service from someone we had never met. Pam's expertise really shown through when we finally selected a house and made sure we got the property for the price we wanted, but made sure all easements and inspection repairs were completed in a way we won't have to worry about anything but where to put our furniture. The true value of a realtor is navigating the legal complexities of buying a home and acting as intermediary between the buyer and seller (and sometimes between the two of us), and this is truly where Pam acted in our best interests. I can't speak for the sellers, but I think we both walked away happy because of her guidance and perseverance.
