With over 30 years of successful sales experience and 14 years as a Realtor, I have a unique ability to understand my clients by connecting with their personal lifestyle and carefully listening to their needs. I am known for my extensive market knowledge, which enables me to not only price to sell and maximize return but also be a formidable negotiator.
Real Estate is one of the biggest investments in the typical portfolio and one that requires a skilled professional to maximize and keep the client's needs at the forefront of the sale. I work with all types of clients from the first time buyer, investor, new construction, to the empty nester and luxury home client.
