Fantastic job...

Kim Yuille did a fantastic job on every aspect of selling our home. She provided us with a list of things we needed to do to sell the house. She provided us with a list of amazing contractors that helped us repair issues, stage and photograph our house for market in less than 2 weeks. She was able to keep our focus on our ultimate goal of selling our home and to move past the little things. A new beginning... 

Sitting here in a state of disbelief and gratitude remembering so many days I was in the (golden oak ??) kitchen of the house I loved but couldn’t afford, feeling I was trapped, knowing I would never get out of there, never get through all of the CRAP in that basement, that I couldn’t see my way out of being on the market with two (slightly psychotic) little dogs, and feeling the money I didn’t have roll out the door faster and faster every day... Then - as He does - God came through with His plan for me and put you in my path! You knew exactly what to do, you took me by the hand and led me through the process one step at a time, and every question I had, you were there with the answer. For the first time in years I felt hopeful instead of hopeless and I started looking toward the future with excitement instead of fear.

Now I feel I’ve come out on the other side and I have the gift of a new beginning. I will be forever grateful to you as without you I would not be here, I’d still be sitting in that yellow (and golden oak) kitchen, feeling trapped and depressed about life. We are "sold" on Kim...TWICE!

Eight years ago we contracted with Kim to sell our home in Brookside. It sold in 1 week! We were most impressed and decided that the next time we moved we would have Kim represent us. So when it came time for us to sell our home in Overland Park, we called Kim. She helped us find competent and reasonably priced people to do painting and electrical work. She provided a photographer and a "rock star" stager to set up some great pictures for viewing our home on the internet. But the most remarkable thing she accomplished was selling our home in just ONE DAY at a FULL PRICE offer! She was there for inspection, closing, and she was there to help out whenever we needed something done.

We would highly recommend Kim to anyone who needs the services of a real estate agent! She's not only a very competent and experienced agent, but she is just a super individual who has such a positive and helpful attitude. Kim really took a lot of the worry and stress out of selling our home.

Having an open house every week was a plus for us! Past agents only showed once a month and we liked it that Kim offered the weekly open house automatically.
