Before I became a real estate agent, I was a history professor. I learned about real estate after rehabbing a home in St. Louis built in 1894 and going on to purchase and rehab rental properties.
I love the character of St. Louis's older neighborhoods and understand how fortunate we are to have a quality stock of venerable homes. I am also an urbanist who advocates the virtues of sustainability and walkable neighborhoods.
My specialties include historic restorations, sustainability, and energy efficiency, condominiums and investment properties. I love helping clients explore financing options and explaining the "bottom line" of a deal.
