Stephanie and Ira Miskin have been in the Real Estate industry since 1995. In North Carolina they founded and managed a successful new home construction firm building custom homes, developing small sub divisions, and working with large gated community developers as their in-house building management Team. In real estate sales since 2000 in North Carolina and Georgia, they have sold tens of millions of dollars of homes working with Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate sales.
Ira Miskin’s most recent book, How To take The Worry And Confusion Out Of Buying Your New Home, in a series titled “It takes A Team,” was published via Amazon. Over the years, the home-buying and home-selling process has become increasingly complex. Having an “insiders guide” as a resource, written for buyers and sellers providing the “secrets to success,” takes they mystery and stress out of what should be a thoroughly enjoyable process. The second book in the It Takes A Team series, How To Take The Worry And Confusion Out Of Selling Your Home, is already being written and prepared for publication.
