Kay Greer
Originally from North Carolina, Kay Greer moved to Sarasota at any early age. Her educational and professional background include dancing for several professional ballet companies, attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina and developing a career in real estate.
As an established professional realtor, who grew up on Siesta Key, Kay's accomplishments include working with some of Sarasota's most prominent builders and developers, specializing in new luxury homes and waterfront condominium sales. Over the years, Kay has developed business relationships with local builders and architects which gives her the opportunity to offer buyers and sellers the additional benefit of makeovers and renovations through her referral network.
In addition, Kay Greer continues to network and be involved with professional organizations and is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She holds the following professional designations: CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional from the National Association of Home Builders), CRSSP (Certified Residential Short Sale Specialist), and CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist)
As an agent who's an expert in the local real estate market for the past 30 years, Kay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in today's market. She is fortunate to be a part of the Coldwell Banker Realty team which is located in the thriving downtown Sarasota area amidst all of the cultural activities.
