Beginning her career with Lucasfilm, Ltd, as a property manager in Los Angeles, Vay left the United States to live in Europe for ten years. She was selected as project manager for US AID Entrepreneurial Program in Bratislava, Slovakia and upon moving to Prague, she was a marketing executive for the International School for Human Voice in the Czech Republic.
For fourteen consecutive years, Vay has been awarded San Diego magazine’s Five Star Award for client satisfaction, which puts her in the top .6% of all agents in San Diego. This is extremely meaningful to Vay as her clients have taken the time to put her forward and see her hard work validated. Out of approximately 40,000 area agents nominated, only thirty-two have ever won fourteen years in a row.
Her career in San Diego real estate has also been noted over the years as having been a Real Estate columnist with “House Talk” for Today’s Local News, as well as achieving being a past recipient of the Gold Award for Outstanding Professionalism.
Vay is as a proud member of Harden Wright & Associates, an exceptional team that has ranked number one in Carmel Valley and Del Mar for fifteen years in a row. Together they have over seventy-five years combined experience and have closed more than half a billion dollars in gross sales. Her efforts on behalf of the Rancho Coastal Humane Society and Cecily’s Closet have resulted in supportive and generous donations.
