  Baris started his career in commercial Real Estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial located in Paramus, NJ. In 2002, he furthered his real estate career with Classic Realty Group located in Tenafly, NJ. In 2010, he joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Lee, NJ where he produced record breaking results. Baris then spent 4 years with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty located in Tenafly, NJ. In March 2017, Baris returned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Lee, NJ as part of the new Global Luxury Division where he continues to produce record breaking results. 
  For five consecutive years the NJMLS (New Jersey Multiple Listing Service) selected Joshua Baris to serve as a member of their Technology Committee.
