Susan Demopulos, Residential Lending Consultant for Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc., began her mortgage lending career in 1988, ultimately making Cornerstone her professional home in 2000. Susan’s exceptional service has been consistently recognized over the years. She has been named a Texas Monthly “Best in Client Satisfaction” Five Star Professional and a D Magazine “Best Mortgage Professional.” Susan has also received Angie’s List Super Service Award.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of North Texas, Susan has excelled in the economic arena. Her business philosophy is based on 100 percent client satisfaction and she loves the challenge of helping borrowers select the most beneficial mortgage program for each client’s individual needs. Since 2000, Susan has worked to oversee every detail of each transaction from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and streamlined home-financing process that meets the agreed-upon closing date.
Susan’s career is not the only priority in her life. She and her husband, John, have three lovely daughters. For most all of her life, Susan has lived in Dallas, and she remains an active participant in her community. Her hobbies include playing the piano, spending time outdoors, and enjoying sports like tennis.
