Catherine "Cat" Lewis
Cat started in the Real Estate industry in 2008 as a transaction coordinator and short sale negotiator. During this time, she worked with and helped many sellers with difficult short sales, perfecting the skill of negotiating and keeping people's homes out of foreclosure. All the while, acting as a transaction coordinatar and assistant to a top producing agent. Cat also assisted her Broker in creating compliance check systems for the Office and it's Agents. She has a special eye for details and this builds confidence within her clients.
Cat's foundation and experience earned her "The Rising Star Award" her first year as a licensed Realtor with over 3.5 million in sales. This award was given to only 17 other Realtors in the Sacramento area. Also, in 2021 she earned an award from her Brokerage for having the second highest number of transactions out of 25 Agents.
