Connie was absolutely incredible. She helped us on each step of the process and did a lot of work on her own. She negotiated a great purchase price for us, helped with the lawyer, all inspections, negotiation with repairs, with our mortgage company. It was our first house purchase. Connie was very helpful and patient . She walked us through the entire process of buying house and clarified all our doubts very patiently. She tries to understand our preferences, likes and dislikes and refer properties which match those. Also she was so happy and patient to show as many houses as we want, to finally find out the right one for us. She is very pleasant and enthusiastic person too which makes the conversations easy and also help us to remain positive throughout the process..Buying a house involves lot of tensions, a realtor like her is really helpful in such situation.
