Erin Stumpf is a Broker Associate (CalDRE #01706589) with Coldwell Banker in Sacramento, and has been licensed since 2005. Erin is a consistent top producer, frequently ranking in the top 2% of all individual agents within all NRT/Coldwell Banker offices nationally. She is also an "Outstanding Life Member" of the Sacramento Association of Realtors "Masters Club" having qualified for the club for 14 consecutive years (since 2007). Erin specializes in representing buyers and sellers with real estate transactions involving both new / tract and resale single family homes, condominiums, and 2-4 unit structures. She has successfully negotiated several short sales for her clients, has significant experience working with 1031 Exchanges, foreclosed properties, probate, and trust sales.

A Sacramento native, Erin graduated from Casa Roble High School in Orangevale, and graduated from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish/minor in Ethnic Studies, and with a Master's Degree in Public Policy & Administration.
She also volunteers a lot of her time to real estate outside of her transactions. Along with serving on several association committees and in various leadership capacities, she has served most notably as:
