Professional Specialty: After a successful and rewarding 24-year run as the founder of Saelens & Associates, Inc. (a Top-50 New England Marketing Firm), I decided to enter the Real Estate business as an investor. In a 2-1/2 year period my company RHIGN LLC bought and renovated 13 area homes and small multi-family properties. This led to buying large, 100+ unit apartment complexes with an investment group. Today this group manages 420 units in four complexes located in Nashville, Baton Rouge, Memphis and Huntsville.
In 2003 I became a full-time agent, using my background in marketing, renovation and investing to provide my clients with a unique and proven approach to buying and selling homes in Hartford and Litchfield Counties.
