As an extra bonus, I bring more than 30 years of personal experience in renovating homes and have made the study of architecture and architectural styles a favorite avocation. In the past few years, I have received my Accredited Buyers Representative as well as Accredited Sellers Representative designations. I have my certification as an Accredited Staging Professional and have been selected as a Seattle Magazine 5-Star Professional as a top Seattle realtor 15 of the 16 years since it has been awarded.
