Caroline Scott’s heart belongs to San Francisco, a relationship that began upon her arrival in 1986. Born and raised in Scotland, she spent time in both London and L.A. before settling in the Bay Area. She has been a resident, home owner, and landlord in the city since 1989 when she and her husband bought their first San Francisco home in NOPA.
Her early career was anchored in education, with a teaching degree from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters degree in Education from SFSU. As her three kids grew up, the real estate industry began to fascinate her as she sold her building in NOPA and bought a home in Lower Pacific Heights, where she has now lived for almost 20 years.
Caroline brings instrumental transferable skills from her background in education and extensive networking experience from her deep-rooted participation in her kids’ school fundraising programs. Having raised her children in the city that she loves and serves today as a real estate agent, Caroline is able to genuinely connect with her clients and their families to help them settle into the neighborhoods she knows so well, and offer guidance as they navigate supporting their own local schools.
Her thriving business, built heavily on referrals, is attributed to her dedication to her client’s needs, supported by her sharpened active listening.
