I don't have enough room or time to list all the wonderful things about Angie! She is a fabulous real estate agent and helped the process of selling our home go smoothly from day one until we sold. From the day we contacted her she gave us a checklist of things we should work on, a timeline of what to expect, as well as ideas and suggestions that were incredibly helpful. Our home was very unique for our area, and would be most likely to take a long time to sell, but her knowledge and experience helped us price our home just right so that we got a great value for our home, even during this pandemic, and had offers within five days of listing. Anytime you sell a home there are so many things that come up...inspections to be done, repairs to be made, a variety of people needed to hire to do various tasks. Every time another thing came up Angie said, "Don't worry, I've got a guy for that".  She had contacts for everything we needed that were both affordable, and much quicker to respond than when we tried to find people on our own. So helpful! She is very responsive, if we had any questions she answered right away and made sure we understood every step of the process. She is always on top of everything...every time I had a question about something, she was a step ahead and already had it done. Selling a home is so much work and so stressful, but Angie took a huge part of that burden away with her organization, expertise, and experience. I wish I could give her ten stars...I highly recommend her!

We always knew we would approach Angie when we were ready to sell our home in Lafayette. She was a stellar teacher for our son when he was in second grade and when we heard she had moved on to real estate, we didn’t feel the need to even speak with anyone else when the time came. As it turned out, we were already living elsewhere when we were ready to sell so Angie had to jump in and prepare the home in which we had been living, raising 2 boys and a 120 pound dog, for 25 years, remotely on our behalf. She exceeded all expectations, gently steering us towards good decisions while respecting our desires and concerns. She advised us well, and advocated on our behalf. She worked around our intermittent visits to the area, scheduled multiple workers and inspections, dealt with a sudden dishwasher/kitchen flood, and made us feel like it was all in a day’s work. I cannot count the number of times her “I’ll take care of that” returned my equilibrium (and blood pressure) to normal! Angie’s knowledge, skill, energy and amazing good humor made what surely should have been a trial of the first order, into an easy, comfortable transition into the next phase of our lives. I can neither thank, nor recommend her highly enough.

Moving day for the Packards is right around the corner and we couldn't be more excited! We also couldn't be more thankful for all that our realtor Angie Evans Traxinger did for us. Angie helped us buy our first home earlier this year. We could not have picked a better partner in our search!

Like most first-time home buyers in the Bay Area, we were very intimidated by the process. We came to Angie with vague ideas and a lot of questions, and she helped us sort through them all. She paired us a with a great mortgage broker to understand the financial side, and helped us narrow our search from "3BR in the East Bay" to a Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill.

Angie accompanied us on several visits to houses, pointing out details about the house and neighborhood that we would not otherwise have picked up on. Equally as important, she helped watch our 2 year old so we could actually look at the house.

When it came time to make offers, Angie's advice was invaluable. She and her mom/partner Joan have strong relationships with many brokers in the area, which helps gauge what it will take to get your offer accepted. Also, there is a lot of pressure to remove contingencies when making an offer in a hot market like SF, but she was able to explain to us the consequences of doing so, and her advice proved prophetic once our offer was accepted.

We got the house we wanted, in a great school district, less than an hour from work, for just a little more than we wanted to pay (hey, it's the bay area - you have to be willing to trade off somewhere). Angie continued to help us long after closing, setting us up with services in the area and checking in every couple weeks. If/when we look to buy/sell again, we will go straight to Angie!

We contacted Angie and Joan based on a stellar recommendation from a close college friend who recently moved to the East Bay. As first-time, SF-based homebuyers with no previous experience with the Lamorinda area, it was essential for us to have a realtor with outstanding local knowledge who could guide us through the home-buying process. As a parent, former Lafayette teacher and long-time resident, Angie was able to provide insight into the various schools, neighborhoods and local resources that we would otherwise not have considered. She was always available to answer our questions, visit homes and provide candid advice. She understood what we were looking for (probably better than we did!) and it was at her insistence that we visited the open house for the home we ultimately purchased. We closed on an expedited process, over Christmas/New Years, and while in the midst of the final stages of planning our wedding, but with Angie’s help, we had all the resources that we needed. We’ve been in our new home for a couple months now, and Angie is as available as ever to answer our questions and connect us with local resources. We can’t thank her enough and I’m certain that without Angie’s guidance, local knowledge, patience and expertise, we wouldn’t have found, and ultimately submitted a winning bid for, our dream home.
