Ronda Bailey-Cooper, Founder and Broker of Fate Real Estate has been in the industry for over 17 years, is a native of Indianapolis, and has lived in the area almost 50 years. She has extensive knowledge of the market, real estate and financing. Before she found her niche in sales, she earned her elementary education degree and had a diverse career path in education and retail. She previously worked as the sales and marketing director for the largest builder in Indiana and Alabama.

Ronda lives downtown with her husband of over 30 years, Terry. They have four children and three grandchildren. She loves to cook, entertain, shop, bike and travel.
