I have a great team of support, including my Real Estate partner Catherine Bierwith, so one of us will always have time for your questions and concerns. I am a Bay Area native having been raised in Berkeley, lived in Oakland and for the last 30 years lived in Alameda with my husband and 2 kids. We are now empty nesters with an awesome 2 year old granddaughter. Being a native, I have firsthand knowledge of the unique neighborhoods and nuances of the East Bay. Receiving my license in 2003, I have been through both up and down markets. I came to Real Estate after a long career in travel and property management. I still travel whenever I can and manage my own rental properties.
Professionalism and education are the keys to staying on top in the real estate business. Having graduated from UC Berkeley, I continue to take classes and earn designations to further my knowledge of Real Estate. The prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation requires a combination of rigorous classes and completed transactions. I am also truly grateful to my many clients who have given me the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for 9 years. It is an award based upon: “customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, post-sale service, finding the right home, marketing of home, and overall satisfaction”.
