Anthony DiGioia, a native to Lake Norman, has always felt a draw to real estate. In researching North Carolina real estate licensure, he learned that a realtor need only a high school diploma to be licensed. Anthony wanted more for his clients and himself. He felt strongly that someone’s number one investment should not only be trusted to a realtor with a college education, but one that additionally has a secondary education with real estate as a focus. With that high standard, he graduated Clemson University with majors in both Finance and Real Estate. 

Anthony joined the “family business” in 2018 and is enjoying working side-by-side, in partnership, with “Top Agent” David DiGioia. Anthony DiGioia’s strong background in finance, property valuation, real estate law, and accounting make him the perfect agent for evaluating properties and seeing the intrinsic value in homes that others may overlook.  His “no lose” attitude will represent you well, as he looks forward to being your advocate in your successful and lucrative real estate transaction.
