I’m Ben Williams, the founder and President of Red Dot Real Estate, LLC and Red Dot Property Management. The company is based in Kirkland, WA. I’ve been a Kirkland resident for 13 years, and a native of Seattle since the late 1970’s. I'm also a proud husband and father of 3 wonderful children ages 8-17 and two cats.
I started Red Dot Real Estate and Property Management nearly two years ago, but have been a real estate broker, helping people buy and sell homes along with managing residential properties since 2001. I'm a member of the Rental Housing Association of Washington and have been for over 15 years, with access to many vendors to help service my clients properties quickly and efficiently. I also work closely with great local contractors and have access to several handymen to help with any necessary repairs.
I work strictly by referral, and am also part of the Vija Group, of Keller Williams Realty in Kirkland, WA, where our team of professionals help buyers navigate the challenges our real estate market to get the home of their dreams, and to strategize with sellers through the use of complimentary staging services and our expert listing team to market their homes and in most cases sell them for well over asking price.
