Joseph Kempler
Prior to a career in Real Estate, Joe moved through several sales and marketing
management positions within IBM and Lexmark moving around the U.S.
and experiencing different channels. Originally growing up in Indianapolis,
moved back in 2003 and became very active in a new community called The
Village of WestClay. Over the past years, he enjoyed being associated with
quality companies such as F. C. Tucker, RE/MAX, and Sotheby’s. Now, the
Broker Manager of West Clay Realty ... a company that I started my real estate
career in and now back to it!
Joe is a graduate of North Central High School and Ball State University. He
attended post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School, Xavier, University
of Kentucky and George Washington University. While not receiving a postgraduate degree, he did have the opportunity to earn several concentration
certifications.
As a yearly multi-million dollar producer in real estate, he has enjoyed working
with people who appreciate great service and dedication. Being a good
broker is understanding client needs, expectations, marketplace and follow
through. The Kempler-Pollard Group is a team of two dedicated brokers (Joe
& Scot) who work full time in the real estate industry. Our office is in Carmel,
IN specifically in the Village of WestClay.
Joe is active in the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and a
portion of each transaction is donated to the Realtor Foundation (benefiting
Homelessness). Ranked in the top 100 Realtors of the metro Indianapolis
area, Joe has worked to make sure that his clients are served with the highest
professionalism, keen knowledge of the market and respect. For over 15 years,
he has successfully worked through tough markets and has the experience to
help buyers and sellers achieve their respective goals.
