With a background in high-end art sales, I find real estate is a career that has allowed me to leverage what I did best in the world of upper echelon sales. One of the things I loved about that role is the same thing I love about real estate. It was a role that allowed me to act as a guide to the clients I had the privilege to work with. The world of high-end art like the world of real estate can be confusing. There are premier art sales consultants and Real Estate agents who simply will tell clients what to do, what to sell for, and what to buy. Being told what to do is never pleasant and it doesn’t foster long-term relationships. I enjoy developing long-term consultative relationships with my clients. I am here to be a consultant, one who will guide you through the process of buying or selling a home. Many of my clients stay in touch with me long after I helped them with their real estate transactions. I believe in building long term relationships and I am here as a resource for my clients now and in the future.
My clients enjoy working with me because they are put first. I believe communication is the key to any good relationship and the relationship I build with my clients is incredibly important. I let my clients set the expectation on how they want to receive communication. My customer service is above par, and I fundamentally believe that everyone I work with should be treated with respect and dignity.
I offer a concierge service that is part of my practice at no additional cost. If you are a seller I have funds to assist you with any upgrades or repairs needed. I have developed a network of customers and colleagues that I communicate with regularly giving me access to off-market properties, seller financing options, and changes in market conditions. I charge nothing extra for my services and I am continuously challenging myself to be the best in the market.
