I have now bought two homes with Tara. She helped me buy my very first place, and was so helpful and so caring that I absolutely had to use her again. What she accomplished as my agent was nothing short of a miracle, given the market we were in. Listings were flying off the shelves at prices far over asking. I was preparing to have to rent a place after the sale of my original home but somehow Tara and I got our very first offer accepted! She was such a pro in how she communicated with the listing agent, and I am sure that made all the difference. I am convinced I would still be hopelessly in the market if it were not for Tara. On top of all her great work, she really makes her clients feel special, and is such a great person to have around during the stress of home buying. I really cannot recommend her enough.

This is the second time I have worked with Tara on the sale/purchase of a home and there is a reason for that. Tara is very dedicated to her clients and is committed to helping them find a great place to live or get the best price on a sale. She is very responsive to questions and concerns. If she doesn't know the answer to a question she will go and find it. There wasn't a step in the process where she wasn't very engaged and doing everything should could to get to the best outcome possible. I highly recommend working with her!

Where do I even START? Even though I’ve known Tara and her family for years, I NEVER expected this level of service. I’m very ‘country’. Here’s my house, buy it, let’s get on, got stuff to do. I was overwhelmed by the complexities from the first sit-down. This woman CARRIED my behind, wiped my nose, talked me off ledges, gave me cookies to shut me up, cleared the road when I wanted to snowplow, never ONCE ignored even the most ridiculous text or call. I promised my boss that I’d work to the last second and she covered me while I was away or buried. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY I could have done this without her. She made it as fun and stress free as humanly possible. I lost count of how many times I heard ‘BREATHE! I have it handled. I enjoy this! It’s what I do’!
