Kelli Strott joined the mortgage industry in 1996. She started as a closer for a small 2nd mortgage company. Kelli worked her way through all positions in the industry to include processor, account representative, loan officer assistant and now loan officer. Kelli takes the time to get to know each client and is cognizant of making sure the client gets into the best product. She looks at each loan as building a relationship not just as a transaction. One of Kelli’s favorite things is to hear from a past client to catch up on their lives.
Kelli specializes in First Time Homebuyers. There are so many down payment assistance programs available and no longer do you need 20% to purchase a home. Kelli also helps borrowers get their credit in order so that the best product available can be achieved.
In Kelli’s spare time, she loves spending time with her family. Kelli married her husband Jan in 2003. They had a son, Christiaan, in 2006 and added daughter, Libby, in 2008. On the weekends you may find Kelli cheering on the Denver Broncos, riding her bike or just chilling with her family.
