“Where do I even begin with Janis! I called Janis on a Thursday to see if she could help me purchase a new home (I'm a first-time home owner), and by that evening she had already reached out to Westin Homes and by Saturday we had already put in an offer and were sitting down to sign a contract... just in 2 days. Within one month from signing a contract, I was getting the keys to my new home! Janis is so incredibly responsive, knowledgeable (including asking many questions I would have never thought of during the contract process to make sure I was getting what I asked for, and during the inspection/construction walk-through process), timely, and your biggest advocate throughout the process. If there was ever an issue in the process (e.g., loan questions/issues, final documents, etc.), Janis was eager to jump on the phone with the appropriate party and fix it immediately. She was also so transparent throughout the process, made herself available (in-person, calls, texts), kept a very open line of communication so nothing fell through the cracks, and stayed on top of everything. One of my best friends used Janis to purchase her first home and had nothing but positive things to say, and now I can say that I wholeheartedly agree with that sentiment after going through the process with Janis myself. In addition to being an absolute rockstar at what she does - she's also so incredibly kind, supportive, and encouraging. The home buying process is FULL of ups and downs, but Janis was there to help encourage me throughout the rollercoaster of emotions that come with buying a home. She radiates confidence, assertiveness, professionalism, and kindness. I will 10/10 recommend her to every single friend and family member going through the home buying process. I can't speak highly enough about her or all of her hard work to make sure I got the home of my dreams and within only a MONTH of finding it!!! Thank you again, Janis!”
