My love for real estate revolves around my firm belief that buying a home is one of the best investments that a person can make. History shows that real estate is one of the soundest places to put your money. Just take a look at the history of Denver home prices from the last 25 years. Many homes that were purchased in the early 80's for between 60k - 80k are now worth between $600K-1 million+ or more. That being said, my love for real estate also stems from the very personal connection I make with each client and my goal for making the home buying and selling process as seamless as possible.
