Dawn never takes a cookie-cutter approach to working with clients. She educates buyers so that they can choose a mortgage that best meets their financial needs.
Dawn joined the industry in 1984, first as a real estate agent and later as an appraiser. The transition allowed her to learn more about the process of buying and selling. After nearly a decade as an appraiser, she became a loan originator in 1997.
Dawn is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but also serves Florida and California. She can’t imagine anything more rewarding than helping people who are looking to buy or refinance a home.
Her specialties included Reverse Mortgages for purchases (HECM H4P) and military mortgages, including VA and Texas Veterans Land Board loans. Dawn has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award for 2013, 2014 and 2015. Dawn also won the D Magazine’s Best Mortgage Professional Award for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2017.
Dawn enjoys reading, scuba diving, home remodeling and raising 14 chickens. She and her husband live in Lucas and have five children and six grandchildren.
