Ellen Clark has grown up knowing Lancaster area Real Estate. Obtaining her license in the mid 60's and opening Town Square Realty in 1979 shows her dedication to finding the right home for buyers. Much of her business comes from referral and previous clients. Working with as many as 3 generations over the years some children think she is a relative. For the past 40 years she has been the top producer in Lancaster. Her speciality for listing property is in Lancaster. Because she rarely list outside Lancaster this gives her the ability to be a Buyer representative in other communities in Southwest Dallas County and Northern Ellis County. In 1991 Ellen receoved her Certified Residential Specialist and in early 2000 received her Accredited Buyer Representative designation. Meeting new people from many areas keeps real estate fresh and interesting to Ellen. The fun of searching and searching then finding the right house is the fun of real estate.
