In 2003, I decided to take the leap into lending after 15 years in corporate America. I was in a sales job which required a lot of travel, and with 3 young girls at home I needed to make a change. I’ve never looked back! I truly enjoy helping people get into a home with the right loan product to fit their needs and goals, or saving people money through a refinance. I take the time to understand what everyone’s goals are to ensure I’m offering the best solutions. My ultimate goal is to get all clients to the closing table either on-time or early, and feeling totally knowledgeable and happy with their loan. All while providing a high level of personal service. I want to be the loan officer for life to my clients, which means I always have their best interests in mind when recommending mortgage solutions. Draper and Kramer has a great loan origination platform along with an incredible collection of employees that all care about providing a high level of service. From the beginning, I’m analyzing credit scores, ideal payments, cash out of pocket and timelines to create the best solution. Draper and Kramer offers a Credit Services Team to assist with improving credit scores, automated update e-mails to all interested parties in a transaction, in-house processing and underwriting, and low competitive rates and fees. Collectively, these are powerful tools that allow me complete loans efficiently and smoothly. I like to say that home financing is a team sport and together, we can achieve great success!
