Hi, I'm Kayla Maathuis, I am a Colorado Native and love it here! Where else do you get so much do to, beautiful views, amazing sunsets/sunrises & friendly people!
During the process of buying my first home in Conifer, I realized that I wanted a career in real estate. I enrolled in real estate school while working full time at the bank. In 2012 I received my real estate license and started my real estate journey. I have now been helping other fulfill their dreams and helping them with their real estate needs!
Currently I live in Pine, CO on 50 acres with my husband, Bret; three dogs, Lakita, Chopper and Athena; two horses; a barn cat and turtles! I love everything that Colorado has to over and feel so blessed to call this paradise home! I love all of our seasons, outdoor activities, sunrises/sunsets, wildlife, fresh air and so much more! My interests and hobbies include anything outdoors!
My motivation, determination, hard work, support from family/friends and accountability have given me a successful real estate career. I have local knowledge of many neighborhoods and areas, since I have lived in a good number of them. In addition I thrive at helping first time home buyers understand the buying process. My real passion lies in mountain horse property and I love to look at potential property to see what opportunities there are for you and your animals!
