With sales production in the Top 10% of all 42,000 agents in the DFW real estate market, Glynn and Beverly have a proven track record of success. In addition, they have been recognized among the Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas by the prestigious “D Magazine”.
Having grown up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Beverly is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of North Texas. Although Glynn was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, he primarily grew up in Tennessee and Alabama and graduated from the University of Tennessee. The couple met while they were both working in Signal Mountain, Tennessee, and they enjoyed living in Tennessee and Florida before relocating to Texas in 2005. At that time Glynn and Beverly began working to build their residential real estate business together while raising their two boys.
A commitment to continuing education is exemplified by the fact that both Glynn and Beverly have attained the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and have achieved the Smart Home technology certification. In addition, Beverly holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and Glynn holds the New Home Sales Agent Certification (NHSAC). Having earned the Cartus Network Affinity Specialist certification they are honored to be members of the Cartus Relocation “A Team” for Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors and enjoy working with buyers new to the area and assisting sellers who are moving out of the area. Glynn and Beverly are also privileged to help military service members and their families as Preferred Agents for Navy Federal Credit Union’s RealtyPlus program.
Whether clients are buying or selling Glynn and Beverly are committed to providing top notch services in a relaxed and comfortable manner. That commitment has resulted in many repeat clients who have referred friends and family to them for assistance over the years.
