Chris has been such a pleasure to work with during our home building process. We recently built a home in the Reunion development in Commerce City, C). We had a unique experience with Chris due to the fact that we already had found our builder and were under contract. We were under the impression that realtor commission would either go towards closing or the design studio. That was not the case and the commissions would have just been lost. I was able to get in contact with Chris and he was at our builder the next representing us for the build. Chris split his commission with us which was awesome! I have to be honest that I thought I would see Chris when we first met and at closing. That was not the case at all. Chris worked with us hand in hand on every step of the process. He was at every meeting and was a great sounding board for every decision that we had a question on. Chris became more than just our realtor but, some who had a vested interest in our home building process and we really felt as if Chris always had our back. We used Chris for our most recent home purchase and as we were thinking about selling our previous home. While he stood to make more money if we sold our previous home, he didn't pressure us in that direction, helped us realize it made more sense to keep that home and rent it, and directed us to a property manager we love. As for buying our new home, there aren't enough accolades I can use to describe Chris' professionalism, diplomacy, and intuition. It was a challenging purchase process given the age of the home (120 years), the lack of relevant comps, and a seller who was having trouble saying goodbye to her home. At every turn and bump in the road, Chris provided us wise advice that turned out to be exactly right. We hope to be in our home for a very long time, but if we're not, we wouldn't consider using anyone but Chris.
