Mike Papantonakis
Mike has been serving Arvada and the Metro Denver area since 2007. His keys to success include his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients, put the clients interests ahead of his own and his high level of professionalism.
He models his professional and personal life after a belief that he holds dear. He learned it from one of his many great mentors, Zig Ziglar. "You can get anything in life you want if you'll just help enough other people get what they want" To that end, Mike provides instruction and presents seminars on real estate invesment, does training with all of his buyers and sellers on how to navigate the market and does first time buyer classes to educate those who are thinking of jumping in on their first real estate purchase.
Many of his clients have done multiple transactions with him and his business has grown exponentially because of the repeat and referral business he has built. The world of real estate is full of challenges and opportunities. When faced with the challenges, Mike knows through his many years of life and real estate experiences, how to turn those challenges into successes.
Mike belongs to the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, is the Chair Elect on the Board of Directors of the Denver Metropolitan Association of Realtors. He is the immediate past President of the Wheat Ridge Rotary Club. He volunteers in many area events in the community every year such as the Arvada on Tap festival, The Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival.
Mike's charity of choice is the Rocky Mountain Children's Health Foundation and Mother's Milk Bank. He donates to that charity and annually to other charities in the area. He volunteers to work at the Santa House in Arvada, Delivers new coats to Elementary School children through his Rotary club and many other events through the year.
The honors he receives from his clients, his peers, his Company and the community are a direct reflection of the love and care he takes to be the person who everyone can count on to be professional and honest.
